Inspection of unfinished fabrics

At this stage our focus is on the mending and inspection of unfinished fabrics which need to be rolled.

All fabrics are inspected to eliminate every imperfection and flaw, then arranged in perfect rolls.

All inspected bolts of unfinished fabric are marked with a special label with all the data relating to both customer and fabric.

All activities carried out during this stage are recorded on designated check sheets and the so-called packing lists. These documents are used to report technical data relating to the bolt, any damage observed, and a brief comment on the work carried out.

This reporting ensures that the customer is informed about the activities carried out and has a timeline for the inspected items.
